توضح هذه السياسة البيانات التي تجمعها مساحة، وكيف تُستخدم، ومع من تُشارك. تسري على موقع msaha.sa وعلى خدماتنا: مساحة للمطابخ والاستوديوهات والمكاتب والمستودعات، وكشف، وليدجر.
البيانات التي نجمعها
- بيانات التواصل: الاسم، رقم الجوال، البريد الإلكتروني، المدينة، واسم النشاط التجاري — عندما تتواصل معنا أو تعبّئ نموذجاً لدينا.
- نماذج الإعلانات: إذا عبّأت نموذجاً على فيسبوك أو إنستقرام، نستلم إجاباتك على أسئلة النموذج مع بيانات التواصل التي وافقت على مشاركتها.
- المحادثات: رسائل واتساب المتبادلة بيننا، لمتابعة طلبك والرد عليه.
- بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات أساسية عن تصفح الموقع لتحسينه وقياس أداء إعلاناتنا.
كيف نستخدم البيانات
- الرد على طلبك وتقديم الخدمة التي طلبتها.
- التواصل معك بخصوص طلبك عبر الهاتف أو واتساب أو البريد الإلكتروني.
- إعداد العروض والعقود والفواتير المتعلقة بتعاملك معنا.
- تحسين خدماتنا وقياس فعالية إعلاناتنا.
مشاركة البيانات
لا نبيع بياناتك ولا نؤجّرها ولا نشاركها لأغراض تسويقية مع أي طرف آخر.
نشاركها فقط في الحالات التالية:
- مع مزوّدي الخدمات التقنية الذين نعتمد عليهم لتشغيل أنظمتنا (الاستضافة وقواعد البيانات ومزوّد رسائل واتساب)، وبالقدر اللازم فقط.
- مع الطرف الآخر في الصفقة عند إتمام تأجير مساحة، وبعد موافقتك.
- عندما يُطلب ذلك نظاماً من جهة مختصة.
مكان الحفظ والحماية
تُحفظ البيانات في قواعد بيانات مؤمّنة لا يصل إليها إلا موظفو مساحة المصرّح لهم، عبر حسابات محمية بكلمات مرور وصلاحيات محددة. أنظمتنا الداخلية غير متاحة للعامة.
مدة الاحتفاظ
نحتفظ ببياناتك طوال فترة تعاملك معنا وللمدة اللازمة بعدها للالتزامات النظامية والمحاسبية، ثم نحذفها.
حقوقك
- طلب نسخة من بياناتك لدينا.
- طلب تصحيحها أو حذفها.
- إيقاف تواصلنا معك في أي وقت — بالرد على أي رسالة واتساب بكلمة «إيقاف الرسائل» أو بمراسلتنا.
للتقديم على أي من ذلك راسلنا على info@msaha.sa وسنستجيب خلال ثلاثين يوماً.
تحديث السياسة
قد نحدّث هذه السياسة، وسيظهر تاريخ آخر تحديث أعلى الصفحة.

Privacy Policy

This policy explains what data Msaha collects, how we use it, and who we share it with. It covers msaha.sa and our services: Msaha kitchens, studios, offices and warehouses; Kashf; and Ledger.
What we collect
- Contact details: name, mobile number, email, city and business name — when you contact us or complete one of our forms.
- Lead form responses: if you complete a form on Facebook or Instagram, we receive your answers to that form's questions along with the contact details you agreed to share.
- Conversations: WhatsApp messages between us, so we can follow up on your enquiry.
- Usage data: basic information about how the site is used, to improve it and measure our advertising.
How we use it
- To respond to your enquiry and deliver the service you asked for.
- To contact you about your enquiry by phone, WhatsApp or email.
- To prepare quotations, contracts and invoices related to your dealings with us.
- To improve our services and measure our advertising.
Sharing
We do not sell, rent, or share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.
We share it only:
- With the technical providers we rely on to run our systems (hosting, database, WhatsApp messaging provider), and only as far as necessary.
- With the other party to a transaction when a space rental is completed, and only with your agreement.
- Where required by law.
Storage and security
Data is held in secured databases reachable only by authorised Msaha staff, through password-protected accounts with defined permissions. Our internal systems are not publicly accessible.
Retention
We keep your data for the duration of our relationship and for as long afterwards as legal and accounting obligations require, then delete it.
Your rights
- Request a copy of the data we hold about you.
- Request that it be corrected or deleted.
- Stop us contacting you at any time — reply to any WhatsApp message with «إيقاف الرسائل», or email us.
To exercise any of these, email info@msaha.sa. We respond within thirty days.
Changes
We may update this policy. The date at the top shows when it last changed.
